Meet our Founder
Dr. Tshewang Rinzin, the founder of TCR Education Consultancy, is an accomplished educator with a profound commitment to enhancing educational standards globally. With an impressive academic background and extensive professional experience, he has dedicated his career to fostering educational excellence and innovation.
He holds Doctor of Education and Master of Education from Murdoch University, WA and Bachelor of Education from erstwhile National Institute of Education, Samtse, Bhutan. His diverse qualifications have equipped him with a deep understanding of educational theory, curriculum development and effective teaching practices.
In his professional journey, he held several key positions that highlight his expertise and leadership in education. As the Principal Consultant at the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) in Western Australia. Prior to his work in Western Australia, he served as a Deputy Principal, Academic Head and Teacher in Bhutan. These roles allowed him to gain invaluable insights into the diverse needs of students and educators and to develop strategies that bridge local and global educational practices. His hands-on experience in managing academic programs and supporting teachers has been pivotal in driving educational improvements.
Dr. Rinzin founded TCR Education Consultancy with a vision to empower students and educators by providing innovative and comprehensive educational consultancy services. His mission is to integrate the Western Australian Curriculum, into schools outside of Western Australia. By doing so, he aims to prepare students for smooth transitions into universities around the world and prepare them to succeed on a global stage.
